Program - Gimp 2.6..but any program will do.
Template - Template 92 By Millie

Open New Canvas
Open halftone
Open Your Template
Delete The Credits
Right click on paper11
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 4
Edit > Fill With Pattern
Do the same with raster 2
Right click on paper1
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 5
Right click on paper3
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 3
Edit > Fill With Pattern
Do the same for copy of raster 4
Right click on paper3
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 7
Edit > Fill With Pattern
Do the same for copy of raster 2
Right click on paper5
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 10
Edit > Fill With Pattern
Delete Raster 8
Right click on paper4
Extract it and put it in your patterns folder in gimp 2.6 folder
Use your select by color tool
with the select by color..click on raster 9
Edit > Fill With Pattern
I like to add border to each part of the template..to me it looks better.
Only thing you have to do is right click on each layer in your layer box
Alpha To Selection > New Layer
Select > Grow > By 5 > Apply
Edit > Fill In BG Color > #000000

Open Sparkles 1
No dropshadow
Duplicate Sparkles 1
No dropshadow
Add Tube
Drop Shadow - Filters, Light And Shadows...DropShadow
Offset X - 9
Offset Y - 9
Blur Radius - 15
Opacity - 82
Color - #000000
Allow Resizing
Use your ellipse tool and make a circle around your tubes head
Copy
Paste in raster 10
Change mode to screen
Opacity Of 69.4
Open Cupcake 4
Drop Shadow - Filters, Light And Shadows...DropShadow
Offset X - 9
Offset Y - 9
Blur Radius - 15
Opacity - 90
Color - #000000
Allow Resizing
Open Teddy
Drop Shadow - Filters, Light And Shadows...DropShadow
Offset X - 9
Offset Y - 9
Blur Radius - 15
Opacity - 90
Color - #000000
Allow Resizing
Open Skull1
Drop Shadow - Filters, Light And Shadows...DropShadow

For the wordart
Go to Filters > Noise > Spread
Keep settings as is.
Merge All Layers!
Duplicate Tag
Change Mode To hard light
Merge Down
Resize tag to 600x600
Add Copyright!!
Add Name!!
Merge All Layers!
Save!
